Step 1: Make an enquiry
Contact us by phone or email to discuss your needs, goals, and preferences.
Step 2: Meet and understand your needs
We take time to understand:
· Your goals and daily routines
· What supports you need
· When and how you want support
· Any risks, preferences, or communication needs
This may be done by phone, video call, or in person.
Step 3: Worker matching
We carefully match you with a support worker based on:
· Skills and experience
· Personality and communication style
· Availability
· Your preferences
You are involved in the matching process.
Step 4: Schedule supports
Once agreed, we confirm:
· Support days and times
· Tasks and expectations
· Rates and service terms
Supports begin only after everything is clear and agreed.
Step 5: Ongoing review
We regularly check in to make sure:
· Supports are meeting your needs
· You are happy with your worker and schedule
· Any changes are discussed and agreed
Adjustments can be made at any time.
Our staff meet all NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR requirements.
